Help needed on Set M Form question

Post by fahim777 » Sat Jul 05, 2014 3:37 pm

Hey guys!

I am filling in the Set M Form at the moment for my wife's ILR and there's a question which asks "9.11 How long have you lived in the UK?"

My wife arrived here on 7th August 2012 and we have our PEO appointment booked for 21 July 2014

Do I write 1 Year and 11 Months or do I put down 2 years ?

Your replies will be greatly appreciated.

You write down how long she's been here, that's a question of fact, so 1 y 11 m.

Thank you Amber!

And one more question "Do you or your partner have any shared financial responsibilities?"

We have a Joint Bank Account, and all our food and utility bills are being paid for by my parents as we are living with them.

So do I write No or Yes
