2nd time fresh application and called for interview

hello,

i have applied for tier 1 entrepreneur visa first time in 2012 and got rejected in 2013 because money was not in my account (money abroad). appealed against the decision but appeal disallowed on felexibility of evidance basis.

applied 2nd time fresh application and called for interview. now money is in my account.

any help about the questions???????????

The only reason they might give for refusal after interview is that they thought the business isnt genuine or they were not satisfied with the answers. Just be confident and behave like a business man, dress like one and see how these business people behave here. And if you dont know the answer for any questions they ask, dont be afraid, you know more about your business than them, so be thourough with your business plan, inside out of it, that will help a lot.

I had my interview and was asked following questions:

Immigration history
Study History
What did I do after completing MBA
Which companies and how many years I worked for?
Currently are you working ? ( please say no to this qtn as they expect you to do only your business)

Why you want to do business
What is your current title in business
what is soc code of your business
who prepared your bsuiness plan
who are competition in your business
how many contracts you have till date
where did you get your funds from
what is your business all about
Does your have a liability insurance
Is your business registered with any relevant authorities
does your business have a co website
what marketing did you do
bank statements details
transaction details
do you have a business partner
what if your bsuiness partner leaves your business
where did the capital fund come from - Source of funds

How much annual return do you expect in your business?

Well interviewers are friendly which was again a surprise but he/she is not a final decision maker. After the interview , interviewer will take the answer sheet to the case worker and will tally your answers with the application details and other relevant documents you had submitted.
Decision will still be with the caseworker.

Hi guys,

I applied my first application (with team) in Jan 2013 which was later refused in July 2013 and FTT appeal won in Jan2014, but HO challenged in UTT and Appeal was withdrawn.
In my fresh application (with Team) I provided a lot of evidences and new documentation and covered all point mentioned in previous refusal; because I was already in business and also made investment and also currently in business with few contracts.
My question to all gurus here is; Will this interview will be different than the previous one or they gonna ask same question as they are asking everybody. OR they gonna link this interview with my previous application? I didn’t change the company cuz I was already in business and already invested 10% of the funds.
If there is anyone who has applied second time and faced the interview then please share the experience and the questions. And did any one got VISA in similar position?
