Tier-2 ICT

I am currently on Tier-2 ICT issued before April 2010 rules and came to UK in March 2010.... My current Visa is valid untill 2015 March.. but my contract is finishing in Sep. this year.. If I resign from my company, how long can I stay legally in UK? and will this period be counted as continuous period for my ILR?
