Eligibility for applying ILR

Hi,

I’m on Tier-1 General visa which is valid till Feb-2016. Since the immigration rule has changed and visa extensions are not possible after Apr-2015, I’m planning to extend my visa in Feb-2015.

I came on Tier-2 ICT general visa to UK on 5th August 2010. Got Tier –1 visa in March 2011( was valid till March 2013). Extension was done in Feb 2013 and current visa valid till Feb-2016.

Since I would complete five years of stay in UK in Aug-2015. Please can you let me know whether I would be eligible for applying for ILR in Aug-2015.

You will be eligible for ILR in Aug - 2015, if your Tier 2 ICT was granted under rules in place prior to 6th April 2010.
