Hi, my sister applied for family visitor visa to visit me in London for a month during her school brake because I am expecting a baby in august. She is 16 years old. So she was refused because they are saying she did not provide a written evidence from her parents that they consent for her travelling alone, witch is not true, the document of their agreement that she can travel on her own to visit me in london was given with the application,it was signed by both parents, translated in english and stamped by court.
so i am a bit confused and angry,i am sure they shouldnt be doing that by law. So my question is what should i do now, couse by new rules her appeal is limited, and to apply again it would take onother month and her school brake would finish. To hire a lawyer honestly i cant afford because like i said i am expecting a baby,i need every penny, we cant appeal as she doesnt have a right to appeal. Is there anyone i cant write to,or is there any free immigration advisors ,or maybe to write to uk.gov.
I really dont know what to do! Any advice is appreciated.
