Help for application form

please any one can suggest me about new application form from july 2014 version for main applicant


we can find only dependent new application form with version 07/2014 ...... as per below link

my route is tier 1 Entrepreneur 50k

there been changes in dependent maintance funds requirements thats why they have issued new dependent form, if there is no changes in main applicant then why they will issue new form?

I just apply yesterday along with my two dependants. I just realise that i send the 04/14 form for dependants too. what should i do now. Pls help in this.

Sohail Fill in new forms and post them with Cover letter stating please ignore previously sent.
