I know that for an entrepreneur visa, the maintenance money needs to have been in one's bank account for at least 3 months at the time of application.
However, my question is how long does the investment fund of at least £200,000 need to be in my account at the time of application? Because I will be given this investment fund by my parents( they will transfer the money into my bank account). So how long does the investment money of at least £200,000 need to have been in my bank account at the time of my application? Are there any restrictions regarding this? I haven't seen anything that says there are any requirements, but I just want to confirm.

no such requirement however it must be available to you during application and even after getting visa or it get spend by ur business. also make sure u keep the proper documents of source of money should UKBA ask you to prove it
