ILR Application Clarification

Hello,

I am applying for ILR.
I recieved a fine/penalty for speeding last year and i am not sure if that should be stated in the application. The settlement was out of court. From what i have read this is not something that should be stated in the application as the charge was settled out of court but just want to be sure.
