Urgent query on English Language Assesment

Hello Members/Seniors

This forum has been great help for me in the past. Please if someone could answer this, I would really appreciate.

I am applying for ILR and want to clarify for English Language Assessment for my dependant and I want to know that:

City & Guilds - Entry Level Certificate in ESOL Skills for Life ( Speaking and Listening) Entry 3

is the right certificate which I require for my wife ? I am bit confused as someone said its not good getting certificate from City & Guilds?
