Can he travel abroad ?

Dear Experts,

This question is on behalf of my friend.

His application for Naturalization is with UKBA. He has applied through NCS last month.

He wants to travel abroad due to some personal reason.

Could anyone please clarify is it ok to travel abroad while Naturalization application is under consideration ? Is there any restriction on travelling abroad ?

Please let us know if anyone has experienced this in past or if they have some knowledge about this.

Just make sure he comes back in time to attend his ceremony before the invitation expires.
