Tier 4 Dependant and Marriage certificate

Hello,
my husband is going to apply for a Tier 4 General and I'm going to apply for a Tier 4 Dependant visa.
All our documents have to be original. But we have only one marriage certificate.
Who has to provide an original certificate and who can provide a copy?
If we will apply at the same time, we will be able to ask this question in visa center, maybe.
But what if we will apply at different days, for example, 20 July and 25 July?
Please, help me with my question.

You either apply at the same time with your husband as dependent or you have to wait till your hubby gets visa and then you apply as dependent.
If you apply same time then you cant send your application seperately so one marriage certificate should be enough.

If you apply after getting his visa then again you should have received his docs back by then
