being this far gone in your pregnancy they won't be able to force you to fly back home I don't believe.lennisha wrote:Hi all,
My situation is a bit complex due to the lack of immigration knowledge however the situation is as follows
I cam to the UK in august of 2011 on a visitors visa, I then applied to extend at the end of my six months using a FLR (P) form with was an incorrect application however I was granted a 6 more th visa up until my 18th birthday.
I only done it this way because my brothers daughter came to the UK on a visit visa and was granted a visa so we were not aware the situation will be different I was a dependant of my brother.
I then sent a new application SET (F) as stated by a home office official when we rang them, a year later that was refused.
We appealed against the decision based on the fact that I was in a relationship with a British man, as stated by my solicitor this would be the correct option, however the appeal was refused, now I have appealed to the upper tribunal which is in progress, my partner and I have split up and I am 28 weeks pregnant, if my appeal is refused and I return to my home country what are my options for coming back to the UK?
I meant after the baby is born. There's other routes as well.lennisha wrote:Hey thanks for the reply, the problem is the baby isn't born yet so I wouldn't qualify for a derivative card.
how many weeks pregnant was your friend? and did she have any complications with her pregnancy?flozo64 wrote:I have a friend who is pregnant and received a 6 month discretionary leave after her gp wrote a letter. So in this time if you're currently legal you will remain so with the same previous rights. What you need to plan is after the baby is born.
