FLR - Limited Leave to Remain Extension

Post by kash_hayyat » Thu Jul 17, 2014 11:01 pm

Hi everyone,

Please I need some help.

My children (UK born) were granted Discretionary Leave (3 Years) in 2011.
One of my children will be 8 years old in November 2014.

I was granted Limited Leave to Remain in 2013 in-line with my children's leave and expiring at the same time.

My leave had condition of "No Public Funds", which has been removed recently.
and now I am on benefits

Our leaves are expiring in October 2014.

Question:
1) What form do we all need to apply for further leave without paying fee?
2) Should my children apply as my dependent on the same form?
3) I have been told claiming benefits should not cause any problem with FLR application, is that correct?
4) When we would be able to apply for ILR?

Best wishes and thanks in advance for all of your help and guidance.

Kashif
