Hi

Sorry for posting a new topic with a basic question - can someone please provide the link to the latest guidance notes to applying for ILR

i came to the UK in march 2008 on hsmp !! have been on tier 1 extensions since then ....but left the country for 7 months ( bad planning but for a good cause !) to give birth to my son in India in 2009-2010 ...so i guess the clock reset then but given that its now 6.5 years since march 2008 - want to see if i do somehow qualify ?

especially since tier 1 extensions close next year ....want to hopefully keep that as the plan B if the above is not possible right now

please can someone provide the link - will have to start reading all the posts here to better understand, but wanted to start with guidance notes first - many thanks in advance !
