TIER 2 ICT to ILR ROUTE

Hi All,
I have gone thru almost all posts here but my case is different, hence created a new post.
I am in UK under TIER 2 ICT.

My stamping dates are:
Date: 10 Jan 2010 to 09 Jan 2011 (Tier 2 ICT Migrant) stamped in outside UK
Date: 08 Jan 2011 to 07 Jan 2012 (Tier 2 ICT established staff) stamped outside UK
Date: 10 Jan 2012 to 30 Jan 2014 (Renewed in UK Tier 2 ICT under long-term staff)
Date: 31 Jan 2014 to 02 Feb 2016 (Renewed in UK TIER 2 ICT under long term staff category)

So, i would be completing 5 years as on 10 Jan 2010.
Please note i am still with same employer and with valid CoS.

My case is, though my recent clearance entry is under established staff, but i have continuity staying period from 10 Jan 2010.
I assume I can claim to be eligible for ILR starting from 10 Jan 2015.

If not, is there an route to claim for ILR.

Please suggest me with expert opnions.
