ILR Set (O) Query

Post by rguru_e10 » Mon Jul 21, 2014 12:20 pm

Hi Guru's,
I need your advice on my ILR application eligibility. I initially entered UK on 23rd March 2008 on Work Permit-Tier2 (ICT long term), however went back to India on 29 Jun 2008. Again I came back to UK in the same work permit on 1st Mart 2009(with a gap of 8 months in India). My visa was extended in Mar 2010 and till then it is extending for every 2 years from UK itself. I am applying for ILR in August 2014 considering 5 continous years from 1st march 2009 till 1st March 2014. Could you please let me know if there will be a problem in my eligibilty as I was having a gap of 8 months in the middle even though I am applying with eligibility from 2009? Thanks in advance for your help

Thanks
Guru

If you didn't have any gap of more than 180 days in any 12 months period starting form 1st March 2009, then you are eligible.
