Is there any problem travel back to my home country

Post by Shondra Sharma » Tue Jul 22, 2014 9:49 am

Hi I just got a 30 months stay yesterday on the basis of my british child (child born and lived in uk for 10 years category), we both are overstayers before, we both got a stay. Just want to travel to back my home country with my child in this summer holiday(probably this week). Is there any problem in uk immigration check when we coming back from holiday? We not been back home 16 years. We dispretley want to go to see our family. Please anyone advise me, thanks.

Nothing stops you going out or coming in as long as you have a valid leave to remain.
