HELP!!!

Post by CesarBB29 » Sat Jul 26, 2014 12:35 am

I am applying for my EEA4 and i just cannot remember the exact date i first entered the UK. I have lost my passport which had the stamp of entry.

I had given this information already when i applied for my EEA2 but now i am so stressed because i can no longer remember.

Is it an issue? Should i justify the missing information on that when i send the application?

Please help me because i have not been able to sleep because of it.

Thanks!

If you are so much scared then you can request SAR (subject access request) file from ukba which contains all immigration record including the date when you first time arrived but it takes a time to process. Otherwise you can try to search e-ticket/boarding pass or may try to contact the airline they may have record.

Thank you for that. I have actually posted my application today and I just wrote a letter saying I do not remember it but I believed I had put it on my eea2 application 5years ago. I sincerely apologised for not having the information on this application. If they could kindly refer to previous application if this information is key for them to make a decision.

fingers crossed
