Hi there all,
I have a question about tier 2 application and need bit help from you and I appreciate if you can help me out.
I applied for tier 2 (general) -shortage occupation list [CHEF] on 2nd of July 2014 at croydon on premium application (one day) waited there for 1 hour and got called and handed a letter saying home office need to hold the docs to do further inquiry as they cant make decision, letter says i cant ask or inquiry about my application progress so i am just waiting and been 24 days no further notice i got from them.
problem is i think I applied genuinely without solicitor wherre my COS says my actual salary is 20K at the moment and if i granted tier 2 visa (Chef) I would get promotion and my salary would be 29,570 which is true and mention on SMS note, on application date my case worker asked me about my current salary which i told 20K. and i said it will increase once i granted tier 2 visa, also she asked me about current pay slip , which i couldnt submit same time, which i forgot at home, i asked her if she wants then i can send her later but she said its ok, also she seemed more confuse about my current salary, accomodation and meal and prospective salary she was reading through sms note twice and thrice
the letter i got says my application is valid, although i think i ve met all the requirement, my main inquiry is why home office taking so long time for even premium application?? what shall i do now? i would be grateful again if you clear this out why is this happening ?
[Note: i am working here since 26/June/2014 and still working under 20K salary, once i granted visa my salary will increase to 29570]
