I need help. My young brother wants to apply for Entreperneur Visa from Baroda (India). Can someone guide me is there any lawyer who can help do paper work and help in getting visa.

I am based in London so anybody in London will also help. I have heard there are lawyers who take 6500 pounds and also help u make up financial balance papers of £200k ..Is this true ...can this be true ?

Also pls guide me to procedure in snapshot or if someone who has got similar visa if they can share their number to have a guidance conversation ..will be appreciated
