Tier 1 Entrepreneur's dependent visa

Hello everyone

I'm applying visa for my wife.

Actually I'm confused with visa type at online application.

There are several options to choose the visa type.
My concern is which visa needs to be selected for right application process.

Option 1
- work
- tier 1 general depends only


Or
Tier 1 entrepreneur migrants

If you are on Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Visa then
Work ---> Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Visa ---> Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Partner

Sorry to bother you again.

I did fill the form. In the end of form they were asking me for course start dates. Second they asked me for maintenance funds. The options were
Own/main applicant
Tier 2 to sponsor letter
And there was one similar to tier 2.

Have you got any clue.
