Hi,

I am filling form for my wife who is india and I am in uk as Tier 2 general immigrant.

I am stuck here, should I enter my details here or my wife's ?

You should fill your details in the spouse column as your wife is the applicant.

This is asking your wife's details ,, also are you travelling with her ?
Make sure you answer that correctly..

I entered my details there.

Please someone tell me if we receive tb test certificate on same day of the test appointment.
