Tier 2 Visa ??

Hi i am on tier 4 depended now looking to change to tier 2. I have done MBA from UK university. how can i apply and how to find company to work for?? any help gurus please.

Look for a job, interview, get the job, ask the employer to sponsor you and then make a fresh Tier 2 application.
