Photocopy of marriage certificate for indefinite leave

Hi we have not had our marriage which happened in pakistan registered in the uk and have only a photo copy of the English translation of the registration from Pakistan

Will this be ok when applying for indefinite leave can we submit this English translation photo copy? Or should we get registered in UK because we are unable to get original copy from Pakistan
