Help Need for Tier 1 General Dependant Visa Child

Hi,

I tried to search in the immigration boards abt this question but couldn't find an answer.

I am on Tier-1 General currently in UK since 3 years and my wife is also holding a Tier-1 General dependant visa.
I am applying for dependant visa for my kid who is born in India.
When filling the application forms online I am a bit confused of the some of the sections. Sorry for being lame but language used in the application forms is little bit confusing atleast for me.

Under About the Main Applicant in "Work - Tier 1 (General) - dependants only - Tier 1 (General) Child" visa category what should I fill for following:
1. Family Name / Surname
2. Given Name(s) / Forename(s)
3. Date of Birth
4. Place of Birth
5. Gender
6. Nationality
7. Current Passport or Travel Document Number
8. Place of Issue
9. Issuing Authority
10. Date of Issue
11. Date of Expiry
Do I have fill the migrant details in all 1-11 above or the my son information who is seeking a visa to enter to UK.

12. Are you accompanying the main applicant or joining them later?
What should I fill in here???

13. How are you related to the main applicant?
Son/Father ?? what comes here

14. Does the main applicant have a Certificate of Sponsorship or Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies number?
I am currently on Tier-1 General visa.... what comes here??

15. Is the main applicant living in the UK?
Yes/No.. what comes here..

16. What is the address where the main applicant works or studies?
As my son is just born in India. Do I need to enclose his India address here..

17. What is the start date of the job or course?
And what comes here...

18. What is the end date of the job or course
And finally what comes here...


Sincere apology for such a big list of questions.
I will be very thankful if somebody provides answers to the above questions.

I am struck on filling the application:
I am applyying Tier-1 dependant visa for my infant son from India. What should I fill for below questions
1. What is the address where the main applicant works or studies?
2. What is the start date of the job or course?
3. What is the end date of the job or course?

Can I leave them blank?

Please share your thoughts.
