PLEASE NEED EXPERTS ADVISE ON 10 YRS LONG TIME RESIDENCE

Hi everybody,

Applied tier 1 entrep visa in 2013
refused in jan 2014
ftt appeal refused in 1st august 2014
came in august 2004
now eligible for ILr 10yrs long time from august 2014
my questions is:-
once got refused from FTT, can i submit ILR 10yrs long time with in 28days?
thats what my solicitor says and i am getting ready to apply for ILR with in few days time.
So please reply me with correct information and from experts too

@ riaz1982, if you have a good immigration history, then your ILR should be a straight case as you are more than qualified for it.

You can submit your ILR application within 28days of FTT refusal.

i done so far 7 extensions and all on time ,never got rejected except the lasst tier 1 ent

Did u add additional grounds in your appeal that u r going to complete 10 years in few weeks.

Did u add Article 8 in your appeal?

i think u shud appeal in UTT (add additional grounds of long stay etc)....as ur leave may have broken if the FTT decision was made before 28 days of 10y arrival in uk.

no i didn't , because i am eligible from august and i went for appeal in july end 28th
so my solicitor told no use of mentioning

i got uk student visa on 10th august 2004
entered into uk on 27th august 2004
so i got ftt refused on dated letter on 31st july and received refused letter from ftt on 1st august,
so now am i eligible to go for ilr through 10yrs long time?
please reply all experts please
