Hi tiddy2545,
i am applying for my - daughter 16 yrs ( ex- husband ) on child settlement visa ,
i am married in uk and i have got my ILR last month , she been living with my parents , however i been the sole responsibility for the child school fees and other expenses , i have got the letter singed from magistrate , that i am the sole responsibility for the child , which i used it for her Passport application ,would that be sufficient to prove sole responsibility , of course i have got her school fees
uniform fees , all the correspondence mail from school ,doctors medical receipt etc ....
Me and my husband both are on ILR
forms needs to be submitted
1. VAF4A , sole responsibility , SU07 , Appendix 1 ( family settlement & family reunion ) is that correct ?
2.i have got the letter singed from court magistrate , that i am the sole responsibility for the child , which i used it for her Passport application ,would that be sufficient to prove sole responsibility ?

I applied for my son who is 17 in March and all the things you said you have are the things I sent in with a letter from my son stating he wanted to come and live with me and his step dad as well as a letter from my mum and dad stating that even though they have been looking after my son all the decisions about him were still made by me and I still continued to provide financial assistance as well( evidence of transfers included). Visa was issued within a month. P/S accommodation report as well

Sorry for late reply, I had a letter from my son, my mum and dad. My husband just had a statement to support our relationship and that he wishes for my son to live with us as a family and he will provide for him. I filled appendix 2 because I applied for my visa at the same time with me.
