Quick question about Premium Service

Post by M999 » Thu Aug 07, 2014 7:27 am

Hi everyone.

I have an appointment at Solihull Office this month and I am applying for IRL (old rules).

When I get a decision and if the decision is Approved, how long usually takes for my visa to arrive?
Doc they give me any letter saying I have Ben approved?

The problem is that my visa only expires in the end of September but the company I work for keep pressuring me about the new visa, so if I come back with a letter saying everything is sorted and I am just waiting for the new visa they will just leave me alone til it comes.

Do I get any letter on the day?

Thanks a lot everyone.

A letter on the day usually. Ask them for one if not, whilst you're there.

Dear

Will you be applying ilr under tier 2, tier 1 or what old rules are you refering to

My advise plz whatever your plan is be well prepared, take printout from web site about immigration rules, immigration directorate instructions, etc etc

Because case workers there at solihull psc are very incompetent, We had a bad experience.
Sorry I am not scaring you but just want you to be fully 110 percent prepared.
Wishing you best of luck
