Hello All

It seems that Home Office has removed the 'Chapter 8: family members transitional arrangements' which were there till 06/08/2014 before 17:49 on web site at https://www.gov.uk/government/collectio ... structions

Now if you click on see all updates it states
'Chapter 8: family members transitional arrangements' has been removed from the collection. It is factually inaccurate owing to a policy change and we are updating it. - 6 August 2014 5:49pm

Any one knows, what is going on please.
and if someone have pdf file of this saved please share with me at allwell46@yahoo.com or plz advise where can I get it from?
The file is Version April 2013, IMMIGRATION DIRECTORATE INSTRUCTIONS, FAMILY MEMBERS UNDER APPENDIX FM OF THE IMMIGRATION RULES, Chapter 8, Transitional Provisions.

I believe they're being updated to reflect the PBS changes from April.

I have already seen this one, but I feel the other one was more clear and easy worded,

1. But why it states It is factually inaccurate owing to a policy change and we are updating it.
2. I hope they make it more clear for their own staff specially case workers who are playing with applicants.
3. Do they save/archive these IDI somewhere like immigration rules, If so please guide me where If I want to see
4. Do you have any idea when would it come back, I understand its just IDI and a guidance not a policy (immigration Rules), and has HO done these things in past.
