Please Can someone help me clear this confusion. My timeline for tier1 is as follows;

First tier 1 visa-25/02/2010 - 25/02/2013. After extension, it runs from 29/01/2013 - 29/01/2015. When is the best date to send my application considering I have got few weeks left until the 25/02/2015 when it will be exactly 5 years my first tier 1 visa was issued?

You can apply ILR 28 days before to 25/02/2015
So your 1st eligibility date will be 29/01/2015
