Approved CoS - Work Status

I am in the process if switching sponsors on Tier 2 ICT - Long Term. Once, I have received the new approved CoS, can I start work while the Visa application is in Progress?

No, you cannot. You can only commence work once the visa is approved.

Thanks Moonlight. One more question: Can I undertake Knowledge Transition Activities while visa is being processed?

As I said, you cannot take up any formal employment activities while the visa is being processed. Your official employment start date has to be after the visa valid from date.
