urgent need help on this

hi everyone, i made my application for residence card and requested back my passport because i have to go back to one eurupean country and graduate. my eea permit has expired and im not sure i will get my rc before my depature, so my question is; can my family members here in uk send me the rc when they get it here(it will be issued on A4 sheet) outside the country so i can enter here in the uk with it??o should i need anothe eea permit to enter even if i have my rc issued???

This is illegal what you are saying.
HO can not issue RC to a person who is in abroad.
