ilr section d14

hi I am due for my ilr (long residence). I am going to submit my application next week. there is a new section d14 about family ties in the country born and in the country where u r staying. can any one please guide me on wht to write in this section? am I supposed to write about my family only in Pakistan or my friends as well and what about uk. thx a lot
