EEA national, after 5 yrs, how to get ILR

a right of resident on the united kingdom as a family member of EEA national..................................who is resident in the united kingdom in the excercise of the treaty right and is hereby given untill...........8 may 2008 ............


these are the words on the passport
she is on spouse visa from egypt
her husband not working
she is working full time from 2004 till now but not worked on 2003/4
she got five yr visa on 9may 2003 till 8 may 2008
she is lookin for ILR for herself seperatelly, and how to apply and the documents needed to supply and which form to fill.
does she has to pass life in uk test for ILR

I don't get it - a few questions;
1. She is on an EEA Family Permit?
2. What nationality is her husband?
3. If he is not working, what is he doing?
4. How long has he been here?
5. Did either of them not work during the time of her EEA permit up to now?

After 5 years in the UK, she can apply for ILR using the EEA form. Was she in the UK in any other capacity before getting the EEA permits?
