URGENT: Tier 2 Skill transfer to Tier 2 short term/long term

hi all,

it is a bit urgent. I was on tier 2 skill transfer and returned last december.
Now i joined this company in mar 2013 and travelled in july 2013 - till dec 2013.
i have below queries:

1. Will i be eligible for Short term now? Or only after cooling off period?

2. I will complete 12 months in this company in Sept (excluding UK travel) at offshore. So am i eligible for Longterm in Sept or
i have to wait for cooling off?

3. If i travel now to UK on Business visa and then come back in Dec and apply for short term? If the time travelled on business visa will be counted for cooling off period or not ?

The confusion is as my company is saying Short term to long term no coolong off BUT from SKILL TRANSFER to Long term cooling off will appy...
Any reference to ukba site is highly appreciated.

Your are subject to the cooling off period. Which will be 12 months from when you left the UK.
