SET(0) Questions?

Hi all,

Can you please advise what would be the answer of following questions from SET(0) form?
I've entered UK in 1/09/2006 Student Visa AND Tier 1 Granted 28/09/2009 to 28/09/2014.
And applying ILR next month.

6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.?

7.11 How long have you lived in the UK?

Put 28/09/2009 in this section.

7.11 How long have you lived in the UK?

Here count the period from Student till now. So that would be 7 years and 1 month.

Are you sure? Because next question 6.2 Since "then have you had any absences from UK"?
Then I need to cover all my absences since 2006?
But I thought it would only cover absences for my last 5 years?

Please advise other members who recently got ILR !!!

its 7 years 11 months roughly but when u apply in sept it will be 8 years

Hi,

I recently attended ILR appointment.

For 6.1 I have inputted the date when my Tier 1 was first granted. (it was in aug 2009)

For 7.11 I have mentioned how long I have been in UK since arriving here in 2007

and absences in the last five years since Tier 1

and my visa was approved without any additional questions

Did you submit any absence proof even if less than 180 days?
I've total 63 days in 5 years (1st = 29 days, 2nd = 22 days , 3rd = 18 days), do I need to submit a letter from employer?

I did not submit any proof. My absences are 45 days just mentioned it in covering letter> but this not necessary
