I have a confusion filling below section...

6.2 Since then have you had any absences from the UK? If yes, give the dates you left and returned to the UK and the reason for the absence in the spaces below. List all absences however short and in date order. If you need more space, continue on a separate sheet and enclose it with your application.

Que - I went for holidays to Tenerife and retuned on 13th December 2013 but Spanish Immigration officer put exit stamp as 14th December 2014 (human error).
So what date shall I write in the ILR application form?

I'd put the 13th December, it shall not be an issue if you have not exceeded the permitted absence allowance for your application.

my absence from UK in past 5 years in NOT more than 180 days, do I still need to submit the letter from employer for my annual leaves and rest?
