Solicitor Vs OISC advisor

Post by ay » Tue Aug 26, 2014 4:02 pm

Hi All,

I am a bit confused with the words Solicitors and OISC adviser and not sure who is better in situations like application rejection, appeal, better service, etc ?

Can anyone please shed something on this topic please ?

Thanks
AY

Not much between them both, appeals should be a level 2/3 OISC and Level 3 for asylum. It may be suggested that a solicitor has a better understanding of the law in general, but then again, many OISC advisors are law graduates.
