Need Info Please

Hi

Can any one help me in this regard.

I am on ILR Visa and now applied for Natularisation..

My Wife is on Tier 1 dependant Visa and her visa is valid till Feb 2015 . She First entered to UK In May 2012

From the info I got from the forum i beleive she is Eligible for ILR. Please correct me if am wrong.

If she is Eligible then which form I should be using .. SET (O) or SET (M)

Aslo is there a requirement for English language test or is that ok if we provide Certificate that says course was taught in English.

SET(O) assuming she is still a PBS dep.

B1 English and LIUK required.

A degree can be acceptable in one of two ways:

1 - A UKNARIC Statement of Comparability with a letter from the awarding institution confirming it was taught in English.

2 - A print out from the PBS calculator (T1) if the degree is awarded 20 or more points for qualification and 10 points for English Skills.
