Tier1 G dependent-ILR eligibility

Hi All,

This is regarding my wife eligibility for ILR.

Main applicant first entry granted on 9th Nov, 2009
2yrs granted leave to remain in 1st extension (OCT, 2012) until 9th Nov, 2014.

She has first entered on 21st OCT, 2011 as a PBS dependent in UK.
And she got extension for 2yrs in OCT, 2012 until 9th Nov 2014.

will she be eligible for ILR on 2 yrs rule or 5yrs rule?

She is pre July 2012, so 2 years.
