Few last minute Queries

Hello Everybody,
I am in the final stages of sending my HSMP and would like your inputs on the content:

a) Where can I get the estimate of living expenses and salary expectations?
b) What all proofs do I have to submit for my work experience? Will just reference letters be alright (I do not have all employment offer letters)?
c) I have some family freinds and few freinds who are willing to write a letter stating that they will take care of my stay. Is there a format for such letter and what all details do I need to collect for that?
c) I am planning to send the following docs (let me know if I am missing something)

Covering Letter
Original HSMP form
Original Transcripts
Notarised Degree certificates
Original Salary letter from the employer - April 03 - Aug 04)
Original Tax returns filing (for April 03- Mar 04)
Forex Conversion calculations
Original Reference Letters stating my role profile, designation, duration and my seniority from my current and previous employers
Original bank certificates stating my savings account balance
Notarised copy of my passport
Email printouts of job listings matching my profile (five of them) that will also show salary expectations
Estimate of living expenses

Anything that I am missing out or can do better?

for the seniority position, it will help to get a company hierarchy (organization chart) to show where is your position in your department.

Guys,
for Earnings proof, are following evidence enough/
CA Certicate of Income
Letter from the Employer highlighting salary details (monthly)
Tax Returns (only for the six months period as the Tax returns are for April 03-Mar 04). In such situation how should I breakup the salary from the tax returns?

For experience:
Reference letters from the current and past employers
Are appointment, promotion letters required?
