I am applying tier 2 visa Employer sponsored visa from india....

i got Fixed deposits of 2 lakhs since last 4 months.... which are in NRE/NRO Accounts..

can i submit.. fixed deposit certificate.... signed and stamped by the bank..

do i need a charted accountant to certify the funds.. mentioning the details of funds..for such and so period and figure mentioning in pounds..
