Dear friends
I am new to this forum. I am soon going to apply visa for my wife from India. I am now full time employed with gross annual salary of 33,400. But in the previous I was self employed for half year and then full employer for other half year. As i was self employed under CIS scheme I filed tax return for getting some tax back. Now i got my SA302 tax caluation which show my income from full time employed and profit from self employed but the problem is that hmrc has deducted allowable expenses from my full time employment pay. I just want to ask will this cause some trouble to my wife application? Please reply.

You can only rely on self employment from the last financial year and it must be an entire year.
How long have you been in employment earning more than £18,600?

Dear OP
Don't forget to include TB certificate. It is legal requirement for applicant from India.

No
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
