10 Year ILR applied but my work place has closed…Please help

I am sorry to bother you all but I am in a panic mode!!!

I am currently hold Tier 2 visa and recently applied for ILR long term residency.

I arrived to work this morning but found a notice on the front door that the company is closed due to financial issue.

I am shocked and I don’t know what to do! I am applied for ILR last week.

Could you please help me with the following questions:

1) Do I need to inform the Home office about my situation?
2) What is my current visa status?
3) My husband is T2 dependent what happen to his visa?

My case was pretty straight forward without any gaps between extensions so I applied without a solicitor. Once I would receive mine then we were planning to for my husband on the same day service (I felt like a good idea then)

hv u done ur biometrics ?

It seems odd that da company is shut overnight......try chasing wid HR .....if its 10 yr Long residence application n u already hv spent 10 yrs lawful residence shld be ok.....could consult a good solicitor

I have not done my biomentrics yet just applied last week.

I had seen sign that company was under some financial issue but never thought they would drop dead in an instance.There is no one in the company to confront, it is locked!Needless to say I haven't been paid.

I spoke to 2 different Solicitors yesterday and they both said that they think it shouldn't be a problem as I have applied for ILR under 10 year route and Home Office would likely make a judgement on my pending application and if approved it would matter if rejected then they would then send the 60 days notice.

Because it is such long wait!Not knowing is difficult.I just wanted to know if anyone one had similar issue some information would be so helpful.

well whn is ur tier 2 expiring even if u get curtailment letter u wuld hv 60 days n could make a fresh LR application however dey consider ur existing application first before sending u curtailment letter sooo u shld be ok.

I have a valid visa until 2017. Hopefully it will not cause too much stress.
