Spouse Visa

Hi Everyone

I am going to apply for my spouse in November
I have a question that i have regular income of 19000 a year, my salary is coming in to my account in every month.
But sometime i receive money in Paypal eg; refunds, voucher money and i transfer it to my account, like 50 pounds, 250 pounds,
Will it cause any problem in my statements, like if they ask where the money come from and etc?
My other question is i heard there will be no appeal right in spouse visa from 1st of October is it correct?

The other payments won't matter.

I haven't heard about an appeal rights change for Spouse visas - but I strongly doubt it would go down to 'nothing' (even visitor visas have SOME appeal rights).
