Hi,

Background- Daughter born on 31/08/13. Status: Both parents got ILR now.

Can you please help me with the following doubts?

1- Does section 1(3) apply?
2- Do I need to fill in Section 2 ? Guidance is ambiguous.
3- DO I need to fill in section 4- Good Character- child is only 3 years old? Guidance is ambiguous
