Previous employer closed still require employer letter?

Post by shakirsq » Mon Sep 15, 2014 2:59 pm

Hi,

My ILR is due soon I'm claiming earning period from 1st Sep 2013 to 31st August 2014.

Past 10 months wage slips are from my current employer and first 2 months are from my previous employer which is no longer in business close down for good

My question is since my previous employer close down I'm unable to request for employer letter and my annual paid holiday absence letter also all my holidays which is in total 45 days (not continuous) in past 5 years is with my previous employer could you please guide me how can I prove these

Thanks in advance

The current employer letters would be fine.
