Indian Passport renewal in UK by post

Hi

I send my passport for renewal but it was returned since i did
not attach my husband orginal passport,however 52 pound postal order
is not returned .do they charge even if the passport is not renewed

u better off checking Indian embassy website or giving dem a quick call.
