Last date to apply for extension

hi, My tier 1 expires on 20 th Nov

I am going on holiday outside UK and be back on 3rd Nov.

Hence I want to know,
is there any concern if I travel outside UK 2 weeks before my Tier 1 expires.
And can I apply for the extension on 10th Nov..just a week before my expiry date?

You can apply anytime BEFORE your current leave expires (even the day that it expires, but that is a bit more dubious, considering the application is made from the date of posting, and it might not get stamped the same day....)

You can apply anytime before the expiration of your visa but I will advice that you apply 28days before the expiration of the visa.
