Hello Team,

I am on Tier 2 ICT my EC was granted on 15th March 2010 and I entred UK on 11 April 2010. I plan to apply for ILR somtime in FEB 2015 as my current visa expires on 15th March 2015.

I have question: I need to vist India my home Country and Dubai between 14th Dec 2014 and 30th Dec 2014 (Both days are inclusive). Please advise if I would be able to enter the UK as I will only have 2months and 15 days remaing for my visa to expire and will it cause any issue for ILR given that I have not crossed 90 days or 180 days absence in any of my 5 years
